By accessing this website or engaging the services of FRESHSU LTD, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between FRESHSU LTD (Registered in England) and our clients.
FRESHSU LTD provides logistics and food distribution services. All service orders are subject to a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) which outlines specific delivery windows, temperature requirements, and volume commitments. In the absence of a specific SLA, our standard operating procedures apply.
While we maintain the highest standards of care, FRESHSU LTD’s liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the value of the goods as declared at the time of shipment, subject to a maximum cap of £10,000 per consignment unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business reputation.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather events, national strikes, fuel shortages, or disruptions to national digital infrastructure.
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
